Service Description
Discover where your child is at this stage and how to support them. An individual session to observe and understand your child's current developmental stage. Before the session, you will receive a questionnaire about their developmental history. This will allow us to learn about their progress so far, their experiences, interests, and anything that concerns you or that you would like to understand better. This information will be the starting point for our session. During the session, we will discuss what you have observed in your daily life and spend some time observing your child in a natural setting of play and exploration. The goal is not to test them or compare their actions to other children, but rather to observe how they move, play, explore, communicate, and interact with their environment, taking into account their age and developmental stage. Based on the information gathered and our observations during the session, we will be able to better understand where your child is at this stage of their development, what skills they are developing, what their interests are, and what opportunities we can offer them to continue progressing at their own pace. After the session, you will receive personalized guidance and concrete suggestions to support your child's development in their daily life, tailored to your family's circumstances. It's a great starting point if you want to better understand your child, even if you don't have a specific concern. It can also be the first step in a support process, allowing us to identify areas where we can continue working together. You will gain: a clearer understanding of your child's developmental stage, a professional perspective on what we observed, and practical guidance for supporting them at home.
Cancellation Policy
Online Services Policy Booking and Payment Your booking is confirmed once payment for the contracted service has been received. Each service is conducted via individual video call, with the duration indicated in its description. When required by the service, you will receive a questionnaire before the session and/or you can send photos or videos so that Claudia can understand your situation beforehand and prepare the session in a personalized way. Changes and Cancellations If you need to change or cancel a session, you can request this at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, you can change the date, subject to Claudia's availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows without prior notice will be considered completed sessions and will not entitle you to a refund, except in exceptional circumstances that can be discussed with Claudia. If Claudia has to cancel the session, a new date will be offered at no additional cost or, if it is not possible to find a suitable date, a refund will be processed. Preliminary Materials When the service includes a questionnaire or the submission of photos and videos, these must be provided before the session to allow for adequate preparation. The information and materials provided will be used to prepare for and conduct the contracted service. Online Session To participate in the session, you will need a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. The video call link will be sent with the booking confirmation or before the session. It is the family's responsibility to have the necessary technical equipment and connect at the scheduled time. Guidance Claudia's recommendations will be tailored to the information provided and the needs observed during the session. The services are intended to provide guidance and educational support regarding child development, the environment, and respectful parenting. They do not constitute a medical evaluation, clinical diagnosis, psychological or therapeutic treatment, nor do they replace the care of healthcare professionals or specialists when necessary. Acceptance By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
